Responsibility
- support the General Manager in all aspects of sales operations - including handling sales calls, customer enquiries & order processing
- assist the warehouse staff with logistics operations, including packaging and handling customer orders. Monitoring stock levels on a day-to-day basis
- coordinate between the UK office and the Italian head office on import and technical queries
- become accountable for marketing strategy within the company, assisted by our marketing partners
- implement a working CRM system
Requirements
- experience of a fast-paced sales role, with a track record of achieving targets and thriving within a team environment
- comfortable talking to stakeholders over the phone and face-to-face, with an emphasis on the candidate having an extremely personable manner
- A qualification in higher education would be desired, but not a necessity to apply for this role
- prior experience with metering isn’t required, as full training will be provided, but previous experience within the construction or controls industry would be desired
- naturally a strategic thinker, who would thrive within a technical sales role with a penchant for growing revenue and winning orders in a competitive industry
