- be able to work independently to install all forms of split air conditioning systems
- undertake all works in a safe manner and work to written RAMS
- must be passionate about low carbon technologies and renewable energy systems
- to provide information on progress of the project as per Project Programme & to follow RAMS
- adherence to all current company procedures
- setting standards and mentoring junior members of the team
- being polite and professional in front of our clients
- be able to fault find, report and the repair all forms of faults on split air conditioning systems and some VRF systems
