- experience in the use of design software
- must have the ability to communicate with all levels both internally and externally
- previous experience in the use of SolidWorks would be an advantage
- the ideal candidate will be able to work within a team as well as alone with minimal supervision
- educated to at least degree level in a mechanical engineer subject
- must have excellent problem solving skills
- will have the desire to progress within the mechanical design and support fields working within an SME manufacturing environment
