- the position is mainly based in Aylesbury with some travel to sites in Amersham and High Wycombe

- prioritisation and management of workload to ensure client SLAs are met

- you will be an experienced Senior IT Support Technician and ideally come from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider or managed multiple sites in a senior capacity previously
- the successful candidates will be customer focused, experienced as a Field IT Support Technician, and have previous 2nd Line IT support experience on client sites
- the successful candidate will provide cover for the on-site function that our clients utilise and this will cover all Milton Keynes based clients

- the IT Support Build Technician will work closely with the IT Support Build Apprentice to ensure the efficient functioning of the Workshop

- owning, managing, and resolving incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLA’s and delivering against our KPI's
- the successful IT Support Technician will ideally come from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider or supported multi sites for internal users
- identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes
- the successful Senior IT Support Technician will be a motivated, natural problem solver with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- skills and Attributes Required
- the successful Field IT Support Technicians will ideally come from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider supporting multiple client sites or you will have previously supported multiple IT infrastructures with various technical challenges
- you will be an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician and ideally from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider, natural problem solver with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, and by yourself on client sites
- you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop by correctly allocating equipment, accounting for stock, and performing builds and repairs of IT equipment to a high standard and in line with service level agreements
- making sure that all kit is labelled and assigned to the correct location
- you will have previous troubleshooting experience with Azure or O365 as well as being able to follow the process of using a ticketing systems
- the main focus for the position is to provide senior support and escalations to 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technicians. There is also support from the the AZTech IT Support Desk based in Milton Keynes
- skills / Attributes Required
- 1-2 years demonstrable experience in a 3rd Line IT Support Desk Technician role
- identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes for the client
- maintaining of documentation in terms of the workshop processes
- 1 – 2 experience supporting SME’s or multi sites in a helpdesk / IT support desk environment
- able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions and a good problem solver
- supplying a high standard of customer service in line with AZTech IT’s standards
- the successful candidate will need to have the following skills to be able fulfil the responsibilities needed for our client
- updating of tickets/end users on process of their tickets/works being carried out
- providing efficient and effective customer service to end users and other stakeholders providing remote and desk side support at the clients sites
- able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions
- acting as the client facing representative for all technical service requests on client sites
- identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes for clients and internally
- skills / Attributes
- liaising with clients on their builds/repairs/deliveries
- strong communication and documentation skills
- excellent Technical Knowledge
- good time management and prioritisation skills

- minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience supporting SME’s and 1 year in a similar role
