Requirements

- facilities management experience in biological research / manufacturing / analytical laboratory setting
- calm and focused, with a proactive attitude to troubleshooting
- understanding of the handling, storage and shipment of biological products
Responsibility
- coordinate with all staff to ensure inventory levels are maintained to ensure continuous workflow
- communicating to customers when logistics paperwork is required or delays to shipments have occurred
- contributing to operational excellence and assisting in the further development of ISO 9001 QMS and continuous process improvement
- scheduling and overseeing global shipping
- supporting all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are processed on time & accurately
- managing inventory to ensure optimal on time availability
- providing stock updates to global distributors
- liaise with Finance department to monitor goods receipt
