Responsibility

  • prospecting and identifying opportunities in the area for all the Axens’ integrated offering especially technology licensing and products sales
  • developing long-term connections with clients at every level, ranging from process engineers to C-level executives
  • leading bid/no bid meetings and sales tactics
  • acting as the conductor of offers by managing internal interfaces with involved Axens departments
  • preparing commercial offers
  • negotiating contracts in coordination with the Legal Department
  • closing deals
  • connecting with the energy transition ecosystem in the market to position Axens' technologies and products

Requirements

  • you possess a strong customer-centric mindset and good communication and listening skills
  • you have experience in managing complex sales that involve significant technical content and multiple stakeholders
  • you are capable of handling a wide range of products and adapting to different sales dynamics
  • you possess good negotiation skills
  • you are recognized for your ability to collaborate within a team and share information
  • this position requires a certain level of availability as it involves frequent travel
  • you are an experienced sales engineer with approximately ten years of professional experience and an in-depth knowledge of the energy or chemical industry with ideally experience in the field of process technologies and/or industrial catalysts
  • your analytical and strategic mindset enables you to understand customer needs, engage with the appropriate stakeholders, and effectively sell the value of our offerings
