prospecting and identifying opportunities in the area for all the Axens’ integrated offering especially technology licensing and products sales
developing long-term connections with clients at every level, ranging from process engineers to C-level executives
leading bid/no bid meetings and sales tactics
acting as the conductor of offers by managing internal interfaces with involved Axens departments
preparing commercial offers
negotiating contracts in coordination with the Legal Department
closing deals
connecting with the energy transition ecosystem in the market to position Axens' technologies and products
Requirements
you possess a strong customer-centric mindset and good communication and listening skills
you have experience in managing complex sales that involve significant technical content and multiple stakeholders
you are capable of handling a wide range of products and adapting to different sales dynamics
you possess good negotiation skills
you are recognized for your ability to collaborate within a team and share information
this position requires a certain level of availability as it involves frequent travel
you are an experienced sales engineer with approximately ten years of professional experience and an in-depth knowledge of the energy or chemical industry with ideally experience in the field of process technologies and/or industrial catalysts
your analytical and strategic mindset enables you to understand customer needs, engage with the appropriate stakeholders, and effectively sell the value of our offerings
