- to ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
- to ensure successful operational standards and performance of the service provision
- to oversee quality assurance procedures including the Complaints procedure
- to ensure computerised and manual records are up to date and reviewed according to agreed timescales
- to develop new and existing clients, professional and networking opportunities
- identify and build positive relationships with staff, customers, key stakeholders and other health and social care professional bodies
- to prepare management reports
- to take a positive and proactive role in successful recruitment, retention and line management of staff including the supervision and monitoring of performance
Requirements
- to have operational experience in a management role in a domiciliary care or residential setting
- experience of direct responsibility for successful CQC Inspections
- energy and personal motivation to support the implementation of new ways of working
- line Management/HR/Coaching experience
- flexible, co-operative yet assertive Leadership style
- must hold a current UK driving licence and have access to own transport
- suitable enhanced DBS check
