Responsibility
to ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations
to ensure successful operational standards and performance of the service provision
to oversee quality assurance procedures including the Complaints procedure
to ensure computerised and manual records are up to date and reviewed according to agreed timescales
to develop new and existing clients, professional and networking opportunities
identify and build positive relationships with staff, customers, key stakeholders and other health and social care professional bodies
to prepare management reports

Requirements
to have operational experience in a management role in a domiciliary care or residential setting
experience of direct responsibility for successful CQC Inspections
