Responsibility

  • conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
  • build and maintain strong customer relationships and rapport
  • achieve and exceed sales targets
  • keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for working together and maximising sales
  • provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues quickly and effectively
  • as a Desk-Based Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving sales through in and outbound calls
  • this role requires second to none communication skills as you will be engaging with customers to promote our products and services as well as our mobile engineers, suppliers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • proven experience in telesales or a similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • confidence and assertiveness in making engaging outbound calls
  • strong negotiation, persuasion and sale-closing abilities
  • proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software
