Awful! Had a £75 gift voucher to use but due to leaving a bad review, she blocked me
So I couldn’t see list of treatments or products. This is against the law as she’s taken the money for the voucher but refused me
To use it but said the original purchaser can redeem it (pointless considering it’s a GIFT voucher). All I did was leave a bad review which is allowed.

Leaving a negative review is a normal thing after poor service.. I don't understand how they can refuse the VOUCHER. Maybe you can try to give it for some of your friends?
