Responsibility
- check all company machines when delivered to site
- carry out machine repairs at all company sites in the UK and Ireland
- visit customer sites to carry our machine audits and installations
- develop familiarity with the equipment to be able to strip and reassemble machines
- self-management of technical administrative duties
- be on call by telephone to answer any machine queries that a customer might have. If a problem cannot be resolved by telephone, then timely customer visits are essential to fix the problem. This could be anywhere in the UK or Ireland
- establish a complete working knowledge of the software packages being used with the various printers and be able to diagnose faults by telephone as far as possible
Requirements
- creative problem solver
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- able to multitask on various projects
- understand all working regulations
- proficient IT skills
- experience as a technician is preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strict attention to detail
