Working hours

Responsibility

  • liaison with landlords, tenants, third party contractors and professional advisors
  • treating Customer Fairly in accordance with the 1st avenue service standards and principles
  • liaison with lettings negotiators across the branch network
  • arrangement of works
  • property inspections and reporting
  • responsibility for desk and office tidiness
  • meet targets set by the line manager
  • identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division

Requirements

  • no experience in property management required
  • strong negotiation skills
  • A willingness to acquire recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA
  • sustained commitment to Lettings Division and its clients
  • IT literate, an understanding of new techs such as Zoom, Teams and Slack would be useful
  • quality & effectiveness of personal contribution
  • A Full UK Drivers Licence is required
  • level of commitment to Service Standards
