Responsibility

  • providing management and support to the Rokstone Bdx team
  • effective management of team resources to meet BAU and project demands
  • effective management and delivery of the monthly written Bdx
  • provide support to the Claims and Finance teams in the delivery of monthly Claims and Paid Bdx
  • work with the Head of Operations and DA manager to resolve any challenges or issues
  • attendance at the monthly Operations Committee
  • supporting in the UAT and implementation of new software used by the Bdx team
  • provide support to business projects as required

Requirements

  • knowing Binding Authority and Facility Business
  • knowing the London Market processes and procedures is vital for this role
  • experience in interpreting and processing standard and non-standard Bordeaux
  • experience in usingBordereaux management software
  • eye for detail and a focus on quality
  • previous Track record of working to tight timescales
  • ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at any one time
  • ability to build relationships within the team and with other areas of Aventum
