Requirements

  • NVQ level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
  • NVQ level 3 Health & social care
  • comprehensive understanding & awareness of OFSTED legislation
  • 2 years experience in a residential setting in the last 5 years is required
  • comprehensive understanding & awareness of The Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • proficient in record keeping

Responsibility

  • manage and supervise a team of support staff, ensuring they provide compassionate and person-centered support to Service Users
  • our aim is to provide our young people with comprehensive support, encourage their integration within society, and assist towards their educational development, tailored towards promoting adulthood independent living
  • oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, and incident reports
