  • we are looking for a candidate with a sailing background and ideally with a RYCA qualification or similar. Part of the role is being a crew member
  • you will be based in the Poole area or in easy commuting distance

Responsibility

  • marketing - This includes, updating the website, social media, direct managing to targeted organisations, developing strategic partnerships , literature, corporate clothing, PR and guest feedback
  • 2. Maintaining the boat - Keeping theboat in pristine condition, inside and out. Carrying out regular checks of safety equipment and supplies
