- AV Support Services are currently looking for several Housing Support Workers within London Romford
- as a Housing Support Worker, you will be providing resettlement support to clients within the sheltered housing project and dispersed tenancies
- working as part of a small team
- carrying out client needs and risk assessment for all referrals
- supporting tenants through individual resettlement support plans
- working in a number of different Hostel environments
- to ensure clients comply with their tenancy agreement
- supporting clients with welfare rights, budgeting, employment, education, and training
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- enhanced DBS Check
- previous experience in Homelessness/Hostel environment
- residential Childcare: 1 year
- support Environment: 2 years
