sales administrator
Responsibility
- provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
- process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system, maintaining up-to-date records
- handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- acquire thorough product knowledge to offer solutions / advice to customers
- receive and dispatch stock from warehouse
- manage product returns and repairs
- collaborate with various departments to facilitate order fulfilment and resolve any issues that may arise
- assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is advantageous but not essential
- audio Visual knowledge desirable
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills
