delivery van driver
Responsibility
- drive a van to deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner
- load and unload items, ensuring safe handling and competent packing
- conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- maintain accurate records of deliveries using our van delivery app
- interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent service
- assist in warehouse duties as required, loading your van for the weeks run in order
- follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road
Requirements
- valid driving licence with a clean driving record is essential
- previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is preferred but not essential
- ability to perform lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods
- strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is highly valued
- starting wage dependent on experience and will be reviewed after a probationary period
- delivery driver experience: 1 year
