Responsibility
- the main focus our new team member will take on is handling telephone inquiries
- these inquiries will range from day to day but will mainly revolve around scrap vehicle collection
- we also set up sales targets for members in our weighbridge team with extra incentives if those goals are met
- successful applicants will from time to time serve customers face to face and be expected to help any other members of the team if needs be
- other duties include but are not limited to: operating purpose made computer software, chasing sales inquiries and other general office duties
Requirements
- the main skills required for this job position is outstanding customer service skills, with fantastic telephone manner and a friendly personality
