- we are seeking a reliable General Handyman/Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the upkeep of two sites located in Harwich and Manningtree, Essex
Requirements
- proven experience in general maintenance, gardening, landscaping, and handyman tasks
- basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work would be beneficial
- strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and using tools
- knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines while working on various tasks
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
- A valid driver's license is preferred and own vehicle
