Requirements

  • strong HR management experience
  • must have a relevant HR qualification
  • experience of working to targets and delivering results
  • experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • experience of the care sector would be an advantage
  • previous people management experience would be an advantage
  • HR management: 3 years
  • A reasonable commutable distance will be required, as although this will be home based, travel across the 4 services will be required

Responsibility

  • compliance checks and staff file audits
  • provide weekly and monthly Board reporting data
  • develop company policies and procedures, ensuring these are kept up to date with ACAS guidelines and employment legislation
  • manage HR and Recruitment budgets
  • manage, provide advice and report on all levels of ER cases
  • provide guidance, support and training to Home Management teams on all aspects of HR and Recruitment
