Requirements
- strong HR management experience
- must have a relevant HR qualification
- experience of working to targets and delivering results
- experience of working in a customer focused environment
- experience of the care sector would be an advantage
- previous people management experience would be an advantage
- HR management: 3 years
- A reasonable commutable distance will be required, as although this will be home based, travel across the 4 services will be required
Responsibility
- compliance checks and staff file audits
- provide weekly and monthly Board reporting data
- develop company policies and procedures, ensuring these are kept up to date with ACAS guidelines and employment legislation
- manage HR and Recruitment budgets
- manage, provide advice and report on all levels of ER cases
- provide guidance, support and training to Home Management teams on all aspects of HR and Recruitment
