Responsibility
- ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required
- maintain and manage booking diary
- create and print job sheet
- advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
- auto Service and Performance are looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Administrator at our Huntingdon branch to assist with all customer facing operations for our Aftersales department
- maintain/update customer records
- convert job sheets into invoices, ensuring invoices match any quotations given to customers
- advise on timescales and collection arrangements
