- qualifications/Experience
- preferable experience in insurance, glass or automotive service sector
- demonstrable track record in an Account Management role with experience in client acquisition and growth
- knowledge of strategic account management principles and consultative selling approach
- experience of managing multiple layer contacts within a single organisation
- ability to build/orchestrate/influence excellent working relationships up to senior management level internally and externally

Responsibility
- proactively manage relationships, monitor performance and trends to deliver year on year customer satisfaction through regular client account reviews
- manage a successful communication flow between all internal, group and external parties to exceed customer satisfaction
- identify opportunities where we can add value by introducing the full range of services and gain customer loyalty
- agree service delivery requirements and ensure the effective delivery of Auto Windscreens’ service in accordance with agreed standards
- negotiate new partner contracts and manage the negotiation process both internally and externally
- support the business with customer due diligence and bid/tender writing activities
- review the financial and operational performance of the account with the customer and investigate required changes in order to achieve annual profitability targets
- build strong relationships internally with department heads and the senior Management Team
