• continually supporting key accounts and liaising with other departments to ensure returns/warranties, backorders and service requirements are actioned in timely manner
• supporting key accounts who require marketing materials, and monthly sales promotions
• ensuring accurate records of key accounts is kept up to date, contacts, logins, approvers, budgets, pricing, van kit data
