- liaising with property agents and ensuring requests are dealt with promptly & providing a tailored quotation or visit
- responsible for in house and external contractors, planning and supervising works
- supplier management – raise and approve invoices
- stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
- following up quotations with the customers
- collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
- invoicing jobs appropriately and ensuring payment is complete
