- A valid NMC pin and up-to-date breakaway training are mandatory

Responsibility
- flexible Availability: Be available for on-demand assignments, including day shifts, night shifts, and weekends, based on your availability and preferences
- mental Health Care: Provide compassionate and specialized mental health care, including assessments, therapeutic interventions, and support for patients with psychiatric conditions
- collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary mental health teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive patient care
- medication Management: Administer medications, monitor side effects, and ensure adherence to psychiatric treatment plans in compliance with NMC guidelines
- patient and Family Support: Offer support, education, and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment plans
- crisis Intervention: Effectively manage and respond to mental health crises, working collaboratively with the healthcare team and emergency services when necessary
- communication: Regularly update Auriva and the healthcare provider on your availability, preferences, and any changes in your schedule
