Requirements
- RIBA Part 3 qualified with minimum three-five plus years' PQE
- have a real impact on how an ambitious and dynamic design company operates
- strong knowledge of the relevant planning and Building Control legislation
- demonstrable experience of leading similar scale residential projects – private, developer led, or both - through all stages from feasibility to delivery on site
- fully aware of the relevant legal, financial and time constraints of the projects you manage, both to the client and the office, and be confident in managing your time to ensure projects are completed within the budget available
Responsibility
- you will be an ambassador for the practice, taking up opportunities to be involved in the marketing and promotion of the practice, for example attending client or consultant networking events
