Responsibility

  • entering data from a variety of formats in to our in-house reservation system
  • product Administration
  • scanning, printing and virtual filing of various documents
  • create familiarisation trip itineraries using our in-house reservation system
  • printing and packing client final travel documents, brochures and quotes
  • ensure that flight bookings are correctly entered into our in-house reservation system
  • prepare documentation for familiarisation trips
  • arranging outgoing couriers and post ensuring all deadlines are met

Requirements

  • comfortable working with figures and performing calculations
  • highly organised and able to manage time effectively
  • strong organisation skills
  • self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • this is a part-time role, offering 18.5hrs a week
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • you’ll be a confident and clear communicator with a keen attention to detail
  • ability to prioritise and move flexibly and efficiently between tasks
