Responsibility

  • manage the accounts inbox and resolve supplier invoice queries
  • oversee execution of core HR processes ie. sickness and absence management, annual leave records and the maintenance of employment records for the organisation
  • as the HR & Finance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team, providing advice and guidance on HR and finance matters, and working closely with department heads to ensure the efficient and effective management of budgets, accounts and payroll
  • handle HR matters promptly, fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
