  • manage monthly content and email marketing calendar for multiple clients ensuring key dates are accounted for
  • update and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp
  • produce monthly and quarterly newsletters
  • produce monthly reports for the website, social media, PPC and PR
  • contact new customers from paid advertising campaigns on the telephone
  • manage and maintain internal company portal
  • update website content

Requirements

  • experience of working in a customer-facing environment
  • confident and competent user of Microsoft products
  • excellent telephone manner
  • able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly
  • impeccable attention to detail
  • experience using platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp and social media scheduling software would be advantageous
  • experience writing content for blogs, social or email would make you stand out from the crowd
  • administrative: 2 years
