- we are looking for a Finance Administrator, to assist our Accounts Payable Supervisor with the daily running of the accounts payable function, to enable improvements to be made and to support further business growth
- in this role you would be assisting the AP Supervisor with initial admin and taking ownership of some of our big supplier accounts
- assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor with the day to day running of the AP function
- reconcile and manage some of the bigger supplier accounts on our reconciliation system, Atlas
- review the Atlas templates for any errors and upload them into the system daily
- provide help to the Accounts Payable Assistants where needed
- obtain approvals and process overhead invoices
