1.Greet all visitors politely & ensure compliance with site security arrangements; issue visitors passes as appropriate & collect them on departure
2.Advise personnel of visitor’s arrival and liaise as necessary
4.Deliver a high level of hospitality when required, offer visitors refreshments on arrival
perform administrative and coordination tasks at the front desk or work department and ensures the housekeeping of the allocated floor areas are kept clean, tidy and replenished
