- to provide an efficient and effective service to our customers
- update and maintain Asset Management software
- to accurately record and monitor maintenance queries on the company database

- monitor, manage and action incoming emails
- liaise with customers on the progress of their maintenance enquiry
- raise job sheets, order parts, chase up and monitor progress
- liaise closely with contractors to ensure that repairs are carried out to the required timeframe and standard
- raise purchase orders
- check and process invoices
- general day to day administration tasks
- produce and send letters
Requirements
- A flexible team player, with a keen interest in renewable energies and green technology
- proficient in using Microsoft products and general IT literacy
- committed to providing a high level of customer care
