Responsibility
- providing clients will planning advice and preparing fee proposals
- preparation, submission and active management of planning applications and appeals
- managing our associated external consultant team

Requirements
- the ability to positively engage with clients to provide robust and professional advice
- have a solutions-focused mind-set and a drive to overcome problems and difficulties
- A drive to meet client expectations and promote the business
- excellent written and verbal communication skills to competently articulate planning arguments, with a strong competency in report and letter writing
- ability to work well independently and within and supporting a team
- ability to manage numerous projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- an excellent understanding of planning policy at National, Regional and Local level
- strong aptitude for the use of office based software
