  • being able to do onsite visits and installing of equipment
  • use our Ticketing System to record and resolve requests in a timely manner

Requirements

  • A love and ability to solve IT problems & challenges in a customer focused manner
  • great communications skills, founded in being a good and thorough listener when liaising with customers and team members
  • IT qualifications such as Microsoft MCP, CompTIA A+ etc
