Responsibility
- atlas Care Services are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our office based in Spalding
- co-ordinating the day-to-day running of domiciliary care calls
- first point of contact for any queries or support required for care staff, customers and their families
- to liaise with other professional bodies i.e., Social Workers, Doctors and District Nurses
- coordinators will also be required to cover the on-call service on a rolling rota basis
- the Care Coordinator position is an integral part of the Home Care team and as such you will be responsible for managing and supporting a dedicated team of Care Workers and will coordinate and manage a range of domiciliary care packages
- report any concerns to the Registered Branch Manager
- the Care Coordinator role can be demanding, but it is also rewarding so Atlas Care are looking for applicants with a positive attitude and good work ethic who are looking to progress their career within the home care sector
