Responsibility

  • ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • make sure all the areas are kept clean and tidy in & out with a paper trail
  • make sure stock rooms are tidy and not over stocked
  • maintain the BOH areas especially the waste area
  • control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • make sure supplies orders are accurate and no extra supply purchases from the till
  • deal with all Maintenance issues in and around the Lounge
  • positively contribute to Atlantis teams working environment, taking ownership of issues and supporting colleagues where appropriate and to undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time requested by the General Manager or the company owner
