Responsibility
- developing new electronic products
- helping to define and execute roadmap upgrades for existing products
- investigating and evaluating the latest technologies for future products
- working with internal and external stakeholders to agree and report progress on development tasks
Requirements
- be self-motivated and capable of working independently
- have a good undergraduate degree or a PhD in a numerate discipline
- have a strong academic background including A's in A-level Maths and Physics
- have strong verbal and written communication skills
- be familiar with, and comfortable developing software on embedded hardware
- be able to mentor more junior staff in areas of technical expertise
- be able to lead small projects or tasks involving another member of staff
- be able to represent the company at client meetings and lead internal meetings
