Responsibility

  • process orders received either via manifests or online portals
  • check data accuracy in customer orders
  • take telephone calls and reply to emails in a warm, polite and professional manner
  • inform the customer and/or Account Managers about stock fulfilment issues
  • liaise with the Operations employees to ensure timely deliveries
  • provide excellent customer support
  • support the Brand Manager’s with other administrative tasks as required
  • any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Director
