Responsibility
- to assist in enabling young people to take responsibilities, where possible, for their own welfare
- to assist in the young persons’ social, recreational, educational and employment activities
- to participate in assessment, reviews and case conferences of young persons
- to participate in regular professional supervision with your Line Manager
- to participate in staff meetings and training days if necessary
- to safeguard the young people and be responsible for the support and welfare of young people including their physical and emotional well-being
- to ensure that emergencies are responded to at any time as authorised by the Line Manager
- to assist, if necessary, with the practicalities of everyday living, e.g., shopping, budgeting, cooking, travelling, socialising, reporting incidents and any other occurrence etc
Requirements
