Responsibility
- plan and lead training sessions for our first team
- build confidence and keep retention rates up across the year
- develop the team to become more competitive
- to be responsible for the entire coaching staff including GK coaches
- to be responsible for the effectiveness of the scouting department
- to be responsible for the management of the first team players and performances on match days
- to report all necessary information to the FA. You will be working closely with the secretary
- to adhere to the club rules, procedures and regulations
