we are looking for a floor-based Restaurant Manager for L'Atelier Robuchon in Mayfair in London, who will ensure the delivery of exceptional service, help to manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurant and work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef
evaluating, and taking the necessary actions following guest comments & feedback

Requirements
A hands-on, natural leader who can nurture and grow a team
knowledgeable about food, wine, and London hospitality
previous experience in the role of Restaurant Manager, preferably in Michelin starred or luxury establishment
proven track record of being commercially astute
proactive and forward-thinking
