Responsibility

  • we are looking for a floor-based Restaurant Manager for L'Atelier Robuchon in Mayfair in London, who will ensure the delivery of exceptional service, help to manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurant and work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef
  • evaluating, and taking the necessary actions following guest comments & feedback
  • manage staff rotas

Requirements

  • A hands-on, natural leader who can nurture and grow a team
  • knowledgeable about food, wine, and London hospitality
  • previous experience in the role of Restaurant Manager, preferably in Michelin starred or luxury establishment
  • proven track record of being commercially astute
  • proactive and forward-thinking
