  • in-depth knowledge and experience of the latest UK Building Regulations 2010, and CDM 2015
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • willingness to learn new subjects when the need arises

Responsibility

  • site visits for architectural survey for creation of the existing/as-built drawings
  • preparation of the Planning, Design and Access, or simple Heritage Statements
