  • bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • ARB/RIBA Part 3 qualification
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • in-depth knowledge and experience of the latest UK planning regulations including the NPFF, London Plan, and Local Authorities supplementary planning guidances
  • ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • in-depth knowledge and experience of the latest UK Building Regulations 2010, and CDM 2015
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • willingness to learn new subjects when the need arises

Responsibility

  • site visits for architectural survey for creation of the existing/as-built drawings
  • preparation of the Planning, Design and Access, or simple Heritage Statements
