- in its first few years of trading, it has developed a leading position and full range of instruments with equipment on over 500 of the world’s largest and fastest yachts
- A+T design and manufacture instruments for the high-end yacht market of superyachts and race boats
- monitoring lead times and component obsolescence to ensure actions are taken to maintain supply
- security of building
- manage current and new suppliers to obtain best quality, delivery and cost for purchased items
- setting targets and monitoring output needs to meet customer & stock requirements
- setting objectives, monitoring and motivating team members

Requirements
- excellent Communication skills
- degree/HND in relevant engineering or technical discipline with experience across mechanical and electrical products/processes
- analytical but with a logical approach to problem solving to make quick decisions
- experienced and competent in manufacturing management, electro/mechanical engineering, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, people management, QHSE
- commercially astute with contractual/negotiation experience
- experience in change management and business objective and KPI management
- understanding of digital business and IT systems
- demonstrates enthusiasm and is personally committed to achieving objectives set
