Responsibility

  • processing invoices in a timely manner
  • to sort post and prepare invoices for scanning
  • to select an invoice from the invoices ready to process queue and verify and cross check in a timely manner
  • chase invoices within the work flow which have not been actioned in a timely manner
  • ensure that non PO invoices are checked and reported on regularly and actioned
  • review all staff expense claims and supporting documentation ensuring compliance with legislation
