Responsibility

  • delivering personal and non-personal care to customers as required
  • support introductory visits every time a Care Worker visits a Client for the first time
  • to be on-call in case of emergency
  • report any changes in a client to the Care Managers
  • monitor all Service Users for customer satisfaction
  • arranging initial visits to, and the assessment of, prospective clients to decide whether the Company can meet their personal care needs and negotiating an appropriate fee with the purchasing authority, or the customer or customer’s family if not eligible for local authority support
  • liaise closely with Care Managers regarding recruitment, permanent allocation of Care Workers and the writing of Care & Support Plans
  • to undertake domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments on new clients/service users prior to the provision of a domiciliary care service alongside the care delivery manager
