Responsibility

  • the role will involve supporting the management team with the accounts functions of the business
  • we are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, flexible and is committed to delivering a high quality service
  • generating and sending customer invoices in liaison with the office administrator
  • processing bills in liaison with the procurement manager
  • assured Products is a Wigan based producer and distributor of consumer household, gardening and automotive products which are sold through retailers and online
  • responding to accounts queries from Invoice Finance, suppliers and customers
  • making payments
  • we are seeking an individual who can join our small team who has a proven track record in accounts administration or has the necessary skills which can be transferred into this exciting new role

Requirements

  • experience of working in accounts
  • customer service experience
  • previous experience of working with accounts software, ideally Xero
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
