Requirements

- experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally within alternative asset management (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure
- strong understanding of data management, governance, and analytics processes
- ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical data solutions
- experience working with data platforms, investment reporting, or data warehouses
- understanding of alternative investment data structures and regulatory reporting requirements
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business-friendly insights
