Responsibility
- the Association for Physical Education is recruiting for a part time Office Administrator
- hours: 15 per week, more are available. We are happy to negotiate set hours with the successful candidate
- type of Contract: Initial 12 month service level agreement
- place of Work: The Association’s offices at 1 Elgar Business Centre, Moseley Road, Hallow, Worcestershire WR2 6NJ
- any other duties as reasonably required by managers
- collation of promotional literature packs for distribution at conferences and other events where afPE promotes its products and services
- collect and distribute the incoming post, and package and label outgoing post
- check and maintain stock levels of all stationary and office consumables
Education
- relevant administration qualifications would be advantageous
- relevant finance qualifications would be advantageous
Requirements
- previous experience of office administration is essential
- good communication skills & telephone manner
- good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- excellent team worker but able to work on own initiative
- administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year
