Responsibility
- assisting and supporting the Mortgage Advisers with lender applications, DIPs, personal and business protection processes, and general administration
- provide Life Insurance quotes, income protection quotes and PMI quotes on
- iPipeline/FinPlan /Insurance provider
- proactively progressing individual cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along
- liaising with GP surgery for life insurance clients for medical records
- research on Mortgage and protection
- to ensure compliance standards and procedures are adhered to
Requirements
- previous admin and/or office experience beneficial
- ability to follow processes and procedures and to work within timeframes
- ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and remain proactive and professional
- cemap or any Financial Services qualifications is preferable
- be able to rapidly adapt to change
- mortgage broker: 1 year
- be a strong team player who is eager to learn and can grasp new information quickly
- portfolio landlords & Income protection: 1 year
