Responsibility
- assist the operational support team with raising contract documentation
- run daily and weekly analysis on the status of contract documents and vehicles due for delivery
- ensure that fully completed documents are scanned and stored in the correctly
- assist with package deals & pricing for checking by the Operations Manager
- present contracts for Director execution which must be fully compliant with any issues addressed & resolved in advance
- liaise with the Finance team to ensure final checks are completed and invoicing / direct debit collections are initiated
- liaise with the Fleet team to ensure that vehicles are added on to service and maintenance schedules
- liaise with Procurement to understand what assets are to be allocated to which customer contracts
